OA 1467/2013 between BSNL Officers Association and BSNL is heard
on 17-07-2013 in PCAT New Delhi. MA 1440 / 2014 is also filed for impleading as
co-applicants along with applicants and a rejoinder is also to be submitted.
BSNL Advocate requested 4 weeks time. As per Our Advocate the case may be
posted in the last week of August.
The BSNL Board of Directors meeting is rescheduled to 20th
August 2014.
