Amendment to JTO RR 2014:
GM(Estt) informed that the draft RR is almost ready and it will be placed before
the Management Committee shortly. He also informed that most of the suggestions
given by the Association on reducing the qualifying service from 7 to 5 years,
fixation of seniority, declaring the LICE passed candidates enbloc senior to
the JTOs recruited by the new RR etc accepted by the committee.
