(a) Framing of JTO-RRs 2014.: We requested for early
finalization of JTO RR-2014. GM (Estt) mentioned that committee has already
submitted its report on JTO RR-2014 and MC Note has been prepared which will
shortly be placed in the MC meeting and thereafter to the BSNL Board for
approval.
He mentioned that the
seniority of the Officiating JTOs (being regularized) after new RRs will be
determined on the basis of their marks obtained in the training centres. The
eligibility service to appear in the LDCE from TTA to JTO is now reduced to 5
years service instead of 7 years service. TTAs having Mechanical degree/diploma
will also be eligible to become JTO. JTO cadre will remain the Circle Cadre
only. He assured an early action on regularization of Officiating JTOs.
