BSNL appeal is rejected in Hon.High court Madhya Pradesh yesterday regarding interim permission to appear in SDE Competative Examination granted by CAT Jabalpoor for 9 OJTOs. BSNL is now going to issue admit card on friday.



All Elligible Officiating JTOs intention is not to stop the LDCE for SDE. We are trying to upgrade ourself by writing the examination.

CAT JABALPUR BENCH passed direction to permit the JTO (Officiating) applicants to participate in the LDCE for SDE to be held on 04-03-2012.

 BSNL filed a SLP in supreme court on 02/02/2012 and it was heard on 03/02/2012 by Hon'ble Justice sri TAQUER and Justice Smt jhansuva Mishra DB . After a lengthy discussion by both sides , the court has given 4 weeks of time for submitting the reply . It will be listed after vacations of supreme court.


It is only the time delay .. For sure , we will win in the supreme court . So don't be nervous , be patient ..


PERSONNEL UP GRADATION OF LEFT OUT OFFICIATING JTO's  is pending due to Chandigarh court case COCP 1431/2008 which is to be heard on 09/02/2012 .. we are expecting a final judgement .....

BSNL FILED SLP IN SUPREME COURT ON 02-02-2012

At last,the BSNL filed SLP in Supreme Court today i.e 02-02-2012 . Our advocate Smt. Rani Chhabra received SLP information from BSNL advocate . The central coordinators discussed the issue in detail regarding FR 22 (1)(a)(1) with Rani Chhabra .She will appear to the Supreme Court on 03-02-2012 for dismissal / direction from Honb. Court. Lets hope for the best . (All state coordinators are requested to initiate for the legal fund to file the court case in Supreme Court )
