Regarding FR22(1)A(1) case :- SLP No 4583/ 2012  filed by BSNL Management against Officiating JTOs in Supreme Court after submitting of Rejoinder Affidavit by the management it is listed on 29-10-2012.

Regarding Contempt case:-  COCP No 1431/2008 filed by BSNL TTAs against BSNL Management at Chandighad High Court posted on 01-11-2012 for next hearing.

Our delegation Sri B.A.Rao, Sri Md.Wala, Sri S.P. Parik and Sri D.G Patel attended the open session at All India CWC meeting of AIBSNLEA held at Ahmedabad on 23^rd & 24^th August and met Sri Prahlad Rai General Secretary AIBSNLEA and Director HR Sri A.N.Rai. Sri Prahlad Rai clearly pointed out regarding regular posting of Officiating JTOs and implementation of FR22(1)A(1) in CWC meeting. JTO Association Special thanks to Sri Prahlad Rai for continuous perusing of long pending legitimate demand of regularization.

CENTRAL COORDINATOR ADDRESSED THE GATHERING IN ASOKA BABU'S RETIREMENT FUNCTION

Our Association delegates attended the BSNL EU Branch Secretaries convention & Felicitation Function to Sri P Ashok Babu Deputy General Secretary BSNLEU on the occasion of his retirement on 05-08-2012 at Vijayawada.

On behalf of JTO (O) A BSNL AP Circle Central Co-ordinator Sri N.Kabeerdas handed over the Rs 55,000 DD towards BSNLEU Building Fund to Sri P.Abhimanyu General Secretary in the presence of Sri V.A.N.Namboodri President, Sri P.Ashok Babu Deputy General Secretary and Sri J.Sampath Rao Circle Secretary at the convention BSNLEU on  05-08-2012.

JTO (O) A BSNL AP Circle also given assurance to Sri J. Sampath Rao CS BSNLEU to give donation for Extended Central Working Committe meeting which is going to be held shortly at Hyderabad.
